Statistical mixture design optimization of extraction media and mobile phase compositions for the characterization of green tea.

The influence of different solvents on the extraction medium and the RP-HPLC mobile phase composition were investigated by statistical mixture designs to optimize solvent proportions to prepare the fingerprint of a medicinal herbal extract.
