Purpose: To evaluate the effect of vitreomacular traction (VMT) on visual acuity outcomes and central retinal thickness (CRT) measurements after intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) therapy for treatment of exudative age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
Methods: In this retrospective series, the authors evaluate the clinical records and optical coherence tomography of 34 eyes of 32 patients, with VMT confirmed on optical coherence tomography at baseline, to assess the effects of VMT on anti-VEGF therapy for newly diagnosed exudative wet AMD. Best-corrected visual acuity at baseline, 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months and CRT at baseline, 3, 6, and 12 months were assessed.
Purpose: To investigate the intraocular pressure (IOP) lowering mechanisms of deep sclerectomy (DS) with anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT).
Methods: In a prospective cross-sectional study, AS-OCT parameters were compared between DS, trabeculectomy and control cases. Association with IOP and success (IOP≤16 mm Hg without medication) was investigated.
Objectives: (1) To investigate and integrate the tomographic, angiographic and electrodiagnostic findings in pattern dystrophy. (2) To correlate visual acuity (VA) with central macular thickness (CMT), the electrooculogram (EOG) and pattern electroretinogram (PERG).
Design: A retrospective study of patients with pattern dystrophy.

Patient's medical history reveals several symptoms like headaches, progressive hearing loss on right side and dysphonia for which all investigations proved irrelevant. Thourough clinical examination, lab exams and imaging techniques revealed the cause for this symptoms i.

Method: Group of 100 patients with diagnosis and treatment for open-angle glaucoma, sent in our clinic for automated perimetry. We assess: intraocular pressure, automated perimetry, the head of optic disc; sometimes we stopped the treatment and reassess the intraocular pressure; sometimes pahimetry.
We present a case of familial choroideremia followed for several years in 3 successive generations and which represented a diagnostic challenge as the final diagnosis was provided only by genetic testing.
