Background: The immediate effect of acute haemorrhage is a significant reduction in tissue blood flow, frequently resulting in haemorrhagic shock. KPC beta-lactamases hydrolyzed beta-lactams of all classes. Especially, carbapenem antibiotics are hydrolyzed more efficiency than other beta-lactam antibiotics.
