This paper is a case report of a successful treatment of posttraumatic proximal radioulnar sinostosis in 38 years old male patient, to which eight years ago is reimplanted to right forearm in its medial third with the free slice of m. latisimussa dorsi and ostheosynthesis. Reimplatation was performed due to the previous traumatic amputation, occurred by train wheel.
