Hemangioblastomas (HBs) are rare, benign, hypervascularized tumors. Fluorescent imaging with indocyanine green (ICG) can visualize tumor angioarchitecture. The authors report a case of multiple HBs involving two radiologically silent lesions only detected intraoperatively by ICG fluorescence.
