A Large Language Model (LLM) is an artificial intelligence system trained on vast amounts of natural language data, enabling it to generate human-like responses to written or spoken language input. Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (GPT)-3.5 is an example of an LLM that supports a conversational agent called ChatGPT.

Ultra-short pulsed off-axis digital holography for imaging dynamic targets in highly scattering conditions.

A single-shot digital holography system using an ultra-short pulsed laser is demonstrated to be very effective in suppressing the multiple-scattering noise associated with imaging dynamic targets in highly scattering environments, such as biological tissues and fuel injection systems. A planar off-axis reference wave configuration is used to generate a fixed carrier spatial frequency in the recorded holograms in order to separate coherent signal from incoherent noise in Fourier transformed holograms. The single-shot imaging system does not require averaging between multiple shots and can capture images of transient phenomena, such as the formation of diesel fuel injection sprays, and can overcome the problem of mechanical vibrations for recording holograms in industrial and laboratory environments.

The finding of an intracoronary thrombus at the time of coronary angiography is common in patients presenting with an acute coronary syndrome. Pharmacologic and mechanical treatment strategies have been developed and reported to facilitate the treatment of the thrombus along with a percutaneous coronary intervention. We report a case in which a Pronto thrombectomy catheter was utilized to facilitate thrombus removal prior to the placement of a coronary stent in a patient who developed postinfarct angina and pulmonary edema after successful thrombolytic therapy for a acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.

This study compared ostial lesion angiographic severity with physiologic assessment and showed that, for diameter narrowings >70%, fractional flow reserves were >0.75 in 20 of 25 lesions and >0.75 in 30 of 30 lesions with <70% diameter narrowings.

Stenting for spontaneous left internal mammary artery dissection: a case report.
