Laparoscopic cholecystectomy during pregnancy: A case series.

This study was conducted to evaluate the safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) during pregnancy. Patients who underwent LC were selected from several hospital databases, only six were performed during pregnancy. In this series, one of the two patients who had LC in the first trimester underwent elective termination of pregnancy while the other one gave birth to a term child normally.
