Objective: To predict the target of Seabuckthorn polysaccharides in the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer, and to explore its multi-target and multi-pathway mechanism.
Methods: Using the Swisstarget database, a total of 61 potential targets of polysaccharide active components were obtained. Cervical cancer related targets were obtained from the GeneCards database.
In order to investigate the fermentation process of polysaccharides, this paper showcases an investigation into the effects of fermentation time, fermentation temperature, strain inoculum, addition, and shaker speed on the polysaccharides production of . The yield of polysaccharides content was determined based on the optimization of single-factor test, and then a response surface test was conducted with temperature, inoculum, and time as response variables and the yield of polysaccharides as response values. The fermentation process was then optimized and the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides was monitored using DPPH, ABTS, OH, and total reducing power.

Objective: To predict the target of the active ingredient of lotus leaf for lowering fat and losing weight. Explore its multicomponent, multitarget, multipath mechanism.
Methods: Screen the main active ingredients of lotus leaves through the TCMSP database, and use the TCMSP database to predict the potential targets of the active ingredients.
Methods: The influences of methanol proportion, flow rate, column temperature, and injection volume in the mobile phase on the chromatographic resolution of chromatographic peak of euphorbia factor L1 were experimentally studied via Plackett-Burman design, and the key analysis parameters were screened out; the key analysis parameters were optimized through the central composite design, and the chromatographic analysis conditions were established. Euphorbia factor L1 was taken as the internal reference to construct the relative correction factors for L3 and L4 relative to L1, and their contents were calculated, thus realizing the QAMS. Meanwhile, the euphorbia factor L3 and euphorbia factor L4 were determined using the external standard method, and the differences of values measured by the external standard method from the values predicted by the QAMS method were compared, in an effort to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the QAMS method.
