Slug catchers offer effectively multiphase flow management in the field of oil and gas industry. critical equipment required for isolates and confines liquid, gases, and solid particles in slugs under environmental conditions that observed to incoming production stream. This work examines the case study that undergoes corrosion failure in vessels of slug catcher, concentrating on (H2S) damage, hardness, and microscopic corrosion in different locations.
