The Effects of Teach-Back and Blended Training on Self-Care and Care Burden Among Caregivers of Patients with Heart Failure Caregivers.

A quasi-experimental study aimed to investigate the effects of both teach-back and blended training methods on the contribution to self-care and perceived care burden among family caregivers of patients with heart failure. Seventy family caregivers of patients with heart failure were randomly allocated to two groups: one receiving the teach-back method and the other receiving the blended training method. Data were collected before, 1 month, and 3 months after the intervention.

Bosentan and Pulmonary Hypertension Caused by COVID-19: A Pilot Randomized Double-blind Clinical Study.

Introduction/objective: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been the biggest pandemic in history, with severe complications, such as acute respiratory distress syndrome and pulmonary hypertension (PH). An endothelin-1 (ET-1) receptor antagonist, such as bosentan, may be beneficial in treating elevated ET-1 levels. Hence, our study aimed to evaluate the therapeutic effects of bosentan in patients with COVID-19-induced PH.
