Objectives: Intrathecal drug delivery systems (IDDS) and spinal cord stimulation (SCS) have been proposed and assessed for the management of cancer pain; however, such treatments remain underused. We conducted a systematic review to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of IDDS and SCS for cancer pain.
