Synovial cell sarcoma: a rare laryngeal tumor.

Synovial cell sarcoma is a soft tissue tumor that occurs predominately in the lower limbs near the joints. Lesions of the head and neck are extremely rare. The larynx is the least frequent site with only about 20 cases reported in the literature.
