Introduction: This study, based on Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI) and multi-source data, aims to construct an interpretable macro-scale analytical framework to explore the factors influencing urban physical activities. Using 290 prefecture-level cities in China as samples, it investigates the impact of socioeconomic, geographical, and built environment factors on both overall physical activity levels and specific types of mobile physical activities.
Methods: Machine learning methods were employed to analyze the data systematically.
Carbon dots (CDs) are a novel category of carbon-based nanomaterials characterized by their small size, often less than 10 nm. CDs physical, chemical, and optical properties can be tuned using one-pot assembly. Because of their non-toxicity, biocompatibility, chemical and physical responsiveness, photo- and chemical-bleaching resistance, and low cost, nanoparticles have become incredibly versatile.

The high performance of a multistage thermoelectric cooler (multi-TEC) used in a wide low-temperature range depends on the optimized thermoelectric (TE) performance of materials during the corresponding working temperature range for each stage. Despite decades of research on the commercial TE materials of BiTe, the main research is still focused on temperatures above 300 K, lacking suitable hierarchical low-temperature n-BiTe for multistage TEC. In this work, we systematically investigated the influence of doping concentration and matrix material compositions on the TE performance of n-BiTe below room temperature by the high-energy ball milling and hot deformation.

Elevated [CO] (eCO) partially mitigates the adverse effects of drought stress on crop growth and photosynthetic performance, but the mitigative mechanism is not well understood. In this study, soybean seedlings under drought stress simulated by PEG-6000 were grown in climate chambers with different [CO] (400 μmol mol and 700 μmol mol).

Notwithstanding, the function and mechanism of Salvigenin in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are less well studied. Different doses of Salvigenin were taken to treat HCC cells.

Here, we aimed to investigate the willingness to receive a COVID-19 vaccine booster among the elderly chronic disease population in Taizhou, China. A cross-sectional, hospital-based survey was conducted in the outpatient department of a tertiary care hospital between 6 July and 11 August 2021 in Taizhou, China, and the data were uploaded to Wen-Juan-Xing, one of the largest online platforms used to collect survey data in China.

The catalyst's design and the feedstock play a critical role in the process metrics (activity, selectivity). Among the different classes of catalysts for the HDO reaction, the transition metal phosphides (TMP), e.

Glycerol was used in the hydrogel matrix to promote the dosimetric response and increase the radiation sensitivity. Upon exposing the PAC hydrogel to γ-ray, it exhibits a Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) band at 453 nm, and its intensity increases linearly with absorbed doses up to 100 Gy.

Available evidence justifies the idea that -targeted GRFs have important functions in many plant species; however, no genome-wide analysis of the pitaya () gene has yet been reported. Further, its biological functions remain elusive.

In this study, we aimed to explore the role and molecular mechanism of miRNA-548ah in the replication and expression of the hepatitis B virus (HBV).
Main Methods: Overexpression and knockdown of miRNA-548ah were performed in three hepatoma cell lines with HBV replication and in a murine HBV model injected with adenovirus HBV vector.
Currently, nanomaterials with peroxidase activity have become an important colorimetric tool for biomolecular detection. However, compared with natural enzymes, the efficiency of most nanozymes is still lower. Here, with a leaf-like metal-organic-framework-5 as both a precursor and a template and copper acetate as a second precursor, hierarchical Cu hydroxy double salt (HDS) nanoflowers have been prepared and used as a label-free glucose colorimetric detection platform.

However, the synthesis of hierarchical mixed transition-metal oxides-based nanosheets-assembled nanotubes for highly efficient photocatalytic oxygen evolution is rarely reported. Herein, a simple and versatile approach was developed to synthesize hierarchical nanosheets-constructed MCoO (M = Ni, Cu, Zn) nanotubes.

China is the most severely endemic area for HFRS in the world. In recent years, critical scoring systems based on quantitative classification have become an important clinical tool for predicting and evaluating the prognosis of critical illness, and provide guidelines for clinical practice.

The geometries were optimized using B3LYB/6-311G (p,d) method. The most stable geometry of the studied compounds, 1-6, is the planar structure as indicates by the values of the dihedral angles.

Surgical excision in combination with antifungal therapy is considered necessary for treatment, especially for central nervous system (CNS) infection. We describe successful medical management with lipid complex amphotericin B (ABLC) and itraconazole, without surgical excision, of disseminated fungal infection involving the lungs and CNS in a patient with pancytopenia and graft-versus-host disease.

We investigated the frequency of chest radiographic abnormalities during febrile episodes after autologous PBSC transplants and assessed the relationship of these abnormalities to past history of pulmonary disease, pre-transplant chest radiographic abnormalities, and pulmonary signs or symptoms at time of fever. We also studied the impact of chest radiographic findings on patient management.
