This study presents the case of a 29-year-old Bahraini woman with a known history of sickle cell disease who exhibited acute neurological symptoms. Advanced imaging, specifically CT and MRI, identified cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT). The patient was managed with fluid therapy and anticoagulation, and received a packed red blood cell transfusion, leading to a complete recovery.
