CAR T cell therapy has revolutionized the treatment of a spectrum of blood-related malignancies. However, treatment responses vary among cancer types and patients. Accurate monitoring of CAR T cell dynamics is crucial for understanding and evaluating treatment efficacy.

There are very few reports of cord herniation through the site of spinal canal stenosis due to tumour. A 33-year-old female presented with acute paraparesis after spinal anaesthesia for caesarean section.

Although these changes can be transient, permanent changes can also occur. This study addresses nail involvement manifestations and their associated factors in patients with SEABD.

Objectives: In the present study, we aimed to determine the prevalence of infection in hospitalized psoriasis patients and its relationship with systemic and biologic treatments.
The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has raised concerns regarding the outcome of this infection in patients with autoimmune bullous dermatoses (AIBDs) due to effect of drugs used to treat these disorders. This investigation was performed from the onset of the pandemic to June 1, 2021. Patients with AIBDs who contracted COVID-19 were evaluated.

Materials And Methods: Prospective study on 50 women undergoing ICSI where long protocol ovarian stimulation was used. Serum and cervico-vaginal lavage Gd concentrations were measured then rates of biochemical and clinical pregnancy were detected and predictive value was evaluated using logistic regression analysis.
Pemphigus Vulgaris (PV) is a rare autoimmune blistering disease, which mainly causes mucosal and/or cutaneous lesions. In June 2018, FDA approved Rituximab (RTX)-a B-cell depleting agent-for the management of patients with moderate-to-severe pemphigus. Although the majority of patients respond well to this drug, some do not reach complete remission with a single cycle of RTX.

In this study, we have investigated the characteristics and outcomes of patients with AGEP in a tertiary skin hospital.
Methods: From March 2007 to December 2019, medical records of all patients diagnosed with AGEP, were assessed.

Since the manipulation of particles using atomic force microscopy is not observable in real-time, modeling the manipulation process is of notable importance, enabling us to investigate the dynamical behavior of nanoparticles. To model this process, previous studies employed classical continuum mechanics and molecular dynamics simulations which had certain limitations; the former does not consider size effects at the nanoscale while the latter is time consuming and faces computational restrictions. To optimize accuracy and computational costs, a new nonclassical modeling of the nanomanipulation process based on the modified couple stress theory is proposed that includes the size effects.

Memory content is an important feature of EEG signal and accordingly the brain. On the other hand, the memory content can also be considered in case of stimulus.

ABBT specifically targets these elements. Here, we aimed to compare ABBT to the applied relaxation (AR), which is the most utilized psychological therapy for GAD.
