It highlights the potential for NHS remuneration for prevention-based, phased, personalised care pathways/plans (PCPs) within a reformed NHS dental contract system. It emphasises the importance of comprehensive and longitudinal patient risk/susceptibility assessments, prevention and stabilisation of the oral environment before considering more complex, definitive restorative work.

Psychogenic nonepileptic seizures (PNES) are nonepileptic events characterized by seizure-like manifestations without abnormal electrical activity in the brain. Our case report illustrates the diagnostic journey of a young female with a history of schizophrenia and childhood trauma who had an initial misdiagnosis of epilepsy. The etiology of PNES is complex.

Enzymes are biologically active complex protein molecules that catalyze most chemical reactions in living organisms, and their inhibitors accelerate biological processes. This review emphasizes medicinal food plants and their isolated chemicals inhibiting clinically important enzymes in common diseases. A mechanistic overview was investigated to explain the mechanism of these food bases enzyme inhibitors.

We explore the possibility of certain mood symptoms prompting an early diagnosis of pituitary adenoma.
