This study examines food safety awareness and practices among handlers in the food service sector at Riyadh City hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Three hundred and fifteen (315) food service workers completed the entire questionnaire from five hospitals in Riyadh City between December 2020 and February 2021. The contributor's respondents' three-part questionnaire was divided according to general characteristics, food safety awareness, and food safety practices.

Background Wound healing has classically been described to occur in three phases, regardless of the mechanism of injury. These phases are the inflammatory, proliferative, and remodeling phases. Chronic diseases adversely affect the wound healing process, and more needs to be done for different policies, such as adjustment of drug therapy, diet, or behavior to help rapid wound healing.

This study aimed to evaluate the nutritional status of Saudi children with celiac disease (CD) who followed the Ministry of Health's gluten-free diet (GFD) program. This study involved 66 children with CD (29 boys and 37 girls) from 5 hospitals belonging to the Ministry of Health. Socioeconomic characteristics were obtained using a structured questionnaire.
