Achieving environmentally responsible production through green managerial awareness, human resource management and employee behavior.

In the current context of increasing global environmental challenges, sustainable production and development have become strategically important for companies. This study explores the impact of green managerial awareness on environmentally responsible production, both direct and indirect, through the mediating role of green human resource management and environmentally friendly employee behavior. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 207 wine companies, and PLS-SEM technique was employed to analyze the relationships between the variables.
