- Among the patients, 21.7% were found to have PCa, with the majority being at an early stage (90.1% organ-confined).
- During follow-up, only 1.9% experienced a recurrence of PCa, and no patients died from it, highlighting a low risk associated with incidental PCa diagnosis in this context.

We know that the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score has prognostic value in urological oncology but this has not been assessed in UUT-UC.
