We report a case where a patient presents with severe chest pain and was found to have concomitant severe coronary vasospasm and acute myocarditis and was diagnosed with Graves' disease.

We conducted a cross-sectional survey study with socioeconomically diverse cardiac patients (n=28) and clinicians (n=26). Most patients (89%) preferred to receive some or all of their care in-person during the pandemic and endorsed the lack of in-person visits as the top facilitator to telehealth use.
