Background: Conventional right ventricular pacing increases the risk of atrial fibrillation and heart failure in pacemaker patients. Stimulation of the left bundle branch (LBB) of the His-Purkinje system can prevent the unwanted outcomes of right ventricular pacing.
Objective: To retrospectively analyze the intraoperative outcomes, electrocardiographic and clinical data from the initial follow-up of patients submitted to stimulation of the LBB.
Background: Brugada Syndrome is an inherited arrhythmogenic disorder characterized by the presence of specific electrocardiographic features with or without clinical symptoms. The patients present increased risk of sudden death due to ventricular fibrillation. The prevalence of this electrocardiographic pattern differs according to the studied region.

However, the best approach has not been defined in case of patients referred for ablation with CTI-dependent atrial flutter, without history of AF.
Objectives: To assess the prevalence and to identify predictors of the first episode of AF after ablation of CTI-dependent atrial flutter in patients without history of AF.
Background: Pulmonary veins (PV) are often the trigger to atrial fibrillation (AF). Occasionally, left PVs converge on a common trunk (LCT) providing a simpler structure for catheter ablation.
Objective: To compare the clinical characteristics and outcomes of ablation in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF) of patients with or without LCT.
Background: The catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation (AF) is performed less frequently in women. In addition, there is divergent information in the literature regarding the effectiveness and safety for the ablative procedure to females.
Objectives: The objective of this study was to compare the clinical characteristics and outcomes in men and women undergoing paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF) ablation.
