Objectives: Synthesise evidence on post-endodontic pain (PEP) in adult teeth undergoing primary root canal treatment with the adjunctive use of laser-activated irrigation (LAI) as compared with conventional needle irrigation (CNI) during the first post-operative week.
Data: An electronic search was performed; no language constraints or restriction on the year of publication were applied.
