Postcesarean analgesia: the efficacy of bupivacaine wound instillation with and without supplemental diclofenac.

Study Objective: To assess the analgesic efficacy of diclofenac when administered as an adjuvant to bupivacaine wound instillation.

Design: Prospective, randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled study.

Setting: Large referral hospital.
