Sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2i) demonstrated a nephroprotective and antiproteinuric effect in people with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) and proteinuric CKD. We conducted a retrospective study to evaluate clinical and laboratory variables that can help predict proteinuria reduction with SGLT2i therapy.
