Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) ranks as the most prevalent of primary liver cancers and stands as the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths. Early-stage HCC can be effectively managed with available treatment modalities ranging from invasive techniques, such as liver resection and thermoablation, to systemic therapies primarily employing tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Unfortunately, these interventions take a significant toll on the body, either through physical trauma or the adverse effects of pharmacotherapy.

However, the implementation of modern technologies should rely on patients' readiness toward new services to enable effective cooperation with the physician. Thus, successful application of patient-centric telehealth services requires an in-depth analysis of users' expectations.

More than 90% of patients had primary skin changes, which make the diagnosis easier and faster. The lack of skin lesions is considered rare, especially in the iatrogenic type of sarcoma, including patients on immunosuppression and may cause a diagnostic challenge due to the variety of organ involvement, imitating other diseases.

Despite the improvement in the management of PTLD, the prognosis remains poor. Here we report the management of two transplanted patients with PTLD and infections during immunochemotherapy (ICTH).

Objective: This paper aims to evaluate patients' anticipated experiences regarding telemedicine, including voice conversational agents combined with provider-driven support delivered by phone.
Toxic, viral and surgical injuries can pose medical indications for liver transplantation. The number of patients waiting for a liver transplant still increases, but the number of organ donors is insufficient. Hepatocyte transplantation was suggested as a promising alternative to liver transplantation, however, this method has some significant limitations.

Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Antigen 4 (CTLA-4) gene polymorphisms belong to the main genetic factors determining the susceptibility to AITD (Hashimoto's thyroiditis, HT and Graves' disease, GD) development. The aim of the study was to evaluate the relationship between CTLA-4 polymorphisms (A49G, 1822 C/T and CT60 A/G) and HT and/or GD in Polish patients.
