This study delves into the investigation of cosmic-ray radiation exposure levels for workers and their impact on the signal correlation subsystems at the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) observatory sites. The analysis presents a detailed examination of secondary cosmic ray spectra and flux at the ALMA sites, encompassing the operational period from 2010 to the present day, with a particular focus on the consequences of extreme solar flares. In terms of radiation exposure for ALMA employees, the annual exposure at the highest site (AOS) reaches approximately 4.

Sirolimus- and paclitaxel-eluting stents reduce restenosis and the need for new revascularizations in comparison with bare metal stents, although at the cost of a slight increase in the risk of late stent thrombosis and a need for prolonged dual antiplatelet therapy. Everolimus is an analog of sirolimus with an increased solubility.

One hundred and twenty nine clinical samples collected from patients with AIDS, cancer and non-AIDS-non-cancer low respiratory tract infection patients were processed by direct immunofluorescence technique. Pneumocystosis was diagnosed in 30 patients with a general frequency of 23.

We present a numerical study based on the contact dynamic procedure for the size segregation in a two-dimensional vibrating container. In agreement with previous studies, we find that the rising of the larger particle is accompanied by convection rolls. However, at low enough acceleration, rolls do not penetrate the entire cell and a local vault mechanism is observed, in which the larger particle moves up by steps.
