Purpose: To report clinical characteristics and early postoperative outcomes of pediatric cataract surgery with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation from Lahan, Nepal.

Methods: Demographics and surgical, preoperative, and postoperative clinical characteristics data were collected and analyzed.
