Induced Gastroduodenal Stricture in a Child.

We present the case of a previously healthy 12-year-old boy with sudden onset of abdominal pain and vomiting, positive stool antigen testing, and esophagogastroduodenoscopy revealing a gastroduodenal stricture causing gastric outlet obstruction. Because of medically refractory disease, he ultimately required laparoscopic truncal vagotomy with open pyloroplasty.
