Epilepsy is a brain disorder characterized by a persistent predisposition to epileptic seizures. With various etiologies of epilepsy, a significant proportion of patients develop pharmacoresistance to antiepileptic drugs, which necessitates the search for new therapeutic methods, in particular, using gene therapy.
