However, when it comes to using these LLMs for the medical domain, there's a need for an evaluation platform to determine their suitability and drive future development efforts. Towards that end, this study aims to address this concern by developing a comprehensive Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach that is specifically designed to evaluate medical LLMs.

Objective: To investigate the frequency of stroke and code stroke activation and the factors influencing code stroke management in postoperative cardiac surgical patients.
Design: A retrospective quality improvement study was conducted between January 1, 2016, and December 31, 2021.
Setting: The Cardiac Surgery Recovery Unit (CSRU) at London Health Sciences Centre in London, Ontario, Canada.
Background: Therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) is a procedure involving the filtration of a patient's plasma to eliminate pathogenic components or address deficiencies. This technique finds varied indications in the pediatric age group, particularly in neuroinflammatory diseases.
Objectives: The objective of this study is to delve into our local experience with TPE, focusing on indications, outcomes, and complications among children with neurological diseases at King Abdulaziz University Hospital (KAUH) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
For almost two decades, clinicians have overlooked the diagnostic potential of CD34 hematopoietic stem cells because of their limited homing capacity relative to CD34HSCs when injected intravenously. This has contributed to the lack of appeal of using umbilical cord blood in HSC transplantation because its stem cell count is lower than bone marrow. The present study reveals that the homing and engraftment of CD34HSCs can be improved by adding the Sialyl Lewis X molecule via α1,3-fucosylation.

The development of neuroprotective agents from plants has received considerable research attention.
Objective: Our study aims to investigate the neuroprotective effects of luteolin and the mechanisms that underline its potential mediated protection in the mutant htt neuroblastoma cells.
Exosomes are tiny vesicles released by cells that carry communications to local and distant locations. Emerging research has revealed the role played by integrins found on the surface of exosomes in delivering information once they reach their destination. But until now, little has been known on the initial upstream steps of the migration process.

Three reliable databases, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and IEEE, were considered to gather relevant scientific and theoretical articles. Initially, 125 papers were found between 2010 and 2021 related to this integrated research field.

The methodology comprises two phases: (1) a case study is discussed through the adoption of a multi-criteria decision matrix for high-risk level patients; (2) the technique for reorganizing opinion order to interval levels (TROOIL) is modified by combining it with an extended fuzzy-weighted zero-inconsistency (FWZIC) method over fractional orthotriple fuzzy sets to address objective weighting issues associated with the original TROOIL. In the first hierarchy level, chronic heart disease is identified as the most important criterion, followed by emotion-based criteria in the second.

The homing process of HSPCs begins with the tethering and rolling of the cells on the endothelial layer, which is achieved by the interaction between selectins on the endothelium to the ligands on HSPC/leukemic cells under shear stress of the blood flow. Although many studies have been based on in vitro conditions of the cells rolling over recombinant proteins, significant challenges remain when imaging HSPC/leukemic cells on the endothelium, a necessity when considering characterizing cell-to-cell interaction and rolling dynamics during cell migration.

The proposed framework uses two powerful multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods, namely fuzzy-weighted zero-inconsistency and fuzzy decision by opinion score method for criteria weighting and hospital ranking. The development of both methods is based on a Q-rung orthopair fuzzy environment to address the uncertainty issues associated with the case study in this research.

To understand why these deficiencies exist, we set out to fully elucidate the adhesion mechanisms used by ST and LT-HSCs to migrate to the bone marrow(BM). Specifically focusing on murine ST-HSCs (Flk2-CD34+) and LT-HSCs (Flk2-CD34-), we observed a distinctive expression pattern of BM homing effectors necessary for the first step, namely sialyl Lewis-X (sLex) (ligand for E-selectin), and the second step, namely CXCR4 chemokine receptor (receptor for SDF-1).

Therefore, leaders often seek decision support approaches to assist them in such scenarios. The most common decision support approach used in this regard is multiattribute decision-making (MADM).

Thus, the Pythagorean fuzzy decision by opinion score method (PFDOSM) for prioritising vaccine recipients is the correct approach because it utilises the most powerful MCDM ranking method. However, PFDOSM weighs the criteria values of each alternative implicitly, which is limited to explicitly weighting each criterion.

Efficient evaluation for machine learning (ML)-based intrusion detection systems (IDSs) for federated learning (FL) in the Internet of Medical Things (IoMTs) environment falls under the standardisation and multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) problems. Thus, this study is developing an MCDM framework for standardising and benchmarking the ML-based IDSs used in the FL architecture of IoMT applications. In the methodology, firstly, the evaluation criteria of ML-based IDSs are standardised using the fuzzy Delphi method (FDM).
