Introduction And Importance: Atrial tachycardias (AT) originating from the Marshall bundle (MB) are rare and present significant challenges in diagnosis and management. The authors present the case of a 29-year-old male with recurrent AT successfully treated with a combined ethanol and radiofrequency ablation approach.
