Male infertility along with altered semen parameters have been related to smoking. Smoking-related elevations in serum and seminal lead (Pb) and arsenic (As) may play a role in mediating the toxic effects of smoking on seminogram. This research aims to determine whether smoking has any significant impact on Pb and As levels in the seminal plasma and serum, as well as on the various semen parameters, when compared to nonsmokers.
