Background: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune-mediated neurological disorder and the most frequent neurological disability in young adults. Assessing MS patient satisfaction with care is necessary to evaluate healthcare service quality and factors impacting it.
Objectives: We aimed to determine the satisfaction of patients with MS towards the provision of healthcare services, and the factors affecting their satisfaction.
In the field of obstetrics, cesarean sections have now become the most prominent procedure for the delivery of newborns. Cesarean sections may be handled with a variety of different anesthetic approaches, of which most focus seems to be on that of spinal forms, due to their rapid and effective action. Dosages of spinal anesthesia formulations differ depending on multiple variables, such as depth of anesthesia, level of analgesia, and desired duration of effects.

We are presenting a unique case of retrograde jejunal intussusception with a closed-loop blockage and an associated abdominal herniation that occurred two years after a laparoscopic RYGBP. The patient presented with abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting, prompting a clinical diagnosis and a biphasic contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) scan, which later revealed a complicated jejunal intussusception with signs of ischemia showing decreased wall enhancement and distal collapsed jejunal walls with complete closed-loop bowel obstruction.

However, the uptake of breast cancer screening among women in Saudi Arabia is hindered by various barriers. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to elucidate the barriers to breast cancer screening among women in Saudi Arabia, providing insights into the multifaceted challenges hindering screening uptake and informing tailored interventions and policy recommendations.

This study introduces a novel approach to human activity recognition (HAR) using convolutional neural networks (CNNs) designed for individual sensor types to enhance the accuracy and address the challenge of diverse data shapes from accelerometers, gyroscopes, and barometers. Specific CNN models are constructed for each sensor type, enabling them to capture the characteristics of their respective sensors.

Eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD) is defined as the failure of the Eustachian tube to maintain one or more of its functions. It is a common condition that is associated with other middle ear disorders such as cholesteatoma, tympanic membrane atelectasis, and otitis media with effusion (OME).

Current research delves into biogenic silver nanoparticles (using marine alga (Tt/Ag-NPs) and their characterization using FT-IR, TEM, EDS, and zeta potential. Some pathogenic fungi, which cause fruit spoilage, were isolated.

While varicella typically presents with a vesicular rash, latent VZV may reactivate within the sensory ganglia causing shingles, characterized by painful vesicular rash, which may lead to neurologic complications such as aseptic meningitis. This case explores an atypical presentation in an immunocompetent young man with VZV meningitis lacking the characteristic skin rash but featuring elevated intracranial pressure.

The weekly epidemiological updates by the World Health Organisation show that the continued emergence of concerning subtypes of the virus indicates that the pandemic remains a public health concern and the public should continue to comply with personal preventive measures (PPMs). This study applies the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) which is rooted in the field of Public Health, Epidemiology, and Preventive Medicine to Saudi older adults to predict their health behaviour.
