Recent reconnaissance geochemical investigations have unveiled Cryogenian magmatism linked to the compressional accretionary phase, contributing to the growth of the Afif Terrane in the eastern Arabian Shield. The Cryogenian Suwaj intrusive suite, within the Afif Terrane, displays a compositional range from gabbro-diorite to tonalite-granodiorite. The uniform compositional variation is primarily due to magmatic differentiation within parental magma across multiple pulses.

The objective of this study was to ascertain the existence of microorganisms in unprocessed raw camel milk by employing a molecular-based technique in combination with a histological examination of bacteria. The identification of microbial species was achieved by employing PCR amplification and sequencing of 16s rRNA gene fragments.

We draw our conclusion from an analysis of transistor output characteristics, which avoids the known ambiguities of the common analysis based on transfer characteristics. Our findings contrast with reports on organic WGTFT biosensors claiming a purely capacitive response due to screening effects in high ionic strength electrolytes, but are consistent with prior work that clearly shows a potentiometric response even in strong electrolytes.

The most common etiologies for developing an aneurysm in children are infections, inflammatory diseases, and trauma. An idiopathic or congenital etiology is the least common cause in the pediatric population.

This study aims at generation of a yeast strain (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) of efficient productivity of lycopene by overexpressing synthetic genes derived from crtE, crtB and crtI genes of Erwinia uredovora. These synthetic genes were constructed in accordance with the preferred codon usage in S.

The maximum production of both PG and Xyl were obtained by T. harzianum and T.

Objectives: This study reports two multiplex PCR for molecular typing of MRSA collected from Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Materials And Methods: A total of 101 clinical isolates of strains were collected from major hospital laboratories and public health centres, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the period from August 2009 to May 2011.
This study documents the epidemiological aspects of squamous cell carcinoma of the anus and anal canal as it has presented to the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSH&RC). Thirty-eight (33 Saudis) patients, 24 males and 14 females were studied. They ranged in age from 32 to 100 years.
