The aim of this Technical Note is to reconstruct the medial collateral ligament complex with the superior medial collateral ligament and posterior oblique ligament as anatomically as possible. An allograft or contralateral semitendinosus autograft is used for anatomic reconstruction of the superior medial collateral ligament and posterior oblique ligament. After bony fixation, the tendon bundles are sutured to the remnants of the medial collateral ligament complex.

Background: () extracts have been used medicinally since ancient times and are often utilized in traditional Arab medicine. An extensive study has revealed that species have antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and hypotensive properties.
Objectives: This work was performed to explore the phytochemical contents of extract, as well as its antioxidant and antibacterial properties, and to assess the lipid peroxidation level as an oxidative stress biomarker in erythrocytes.
Objectives: To study reduction in pain score after treatment with intravenous regional anesthesia (IVRA) and Stellate ganglion block (SGB) combination on complex regional pain syndrome (CPRS) patients and to quantify patients' satisfaction with treatment and occurrence of complications.
Methods: This is a record-based retrospective review carried out in 2020, targeting patients treated in the University of Jordan Hospital, Amman, Jordan, over the years 2002-2020.
Results: Among 99 patients, a significant drop in pain scores occurred in 88% of the patients' sample.
Screening of phytochemical crude extract by GC-MS and HPLC analysis indicated the presence of alkaloids, tannins, flavonoids, terpenoids, and phenolic acid in the extract. The total phenolic content of methanol extract was 39.43 mg of Gallic acid eq/g, crude with 56.

Herein, the phytochemical contents of their methanolic extracts were analyzed and their antioxidant as well as in vitro anti- β-Galactosidase activities were evaluated; their effect on β-Galactosidase enzyme kinetics was evaluated and the thermodynamic of the enzyme was determined.
Methods: The antioxidant activity of JP and CV crude methanolic extracts was evaluated using 1,1-diphenyl,2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assays; however, the effect of the plants' crude extracts on β-Galactosidase activity and kinetics was evaluated in vitro.
Case: A 25-year-old man presented with progressive pain and swelling of the left foot for 4 years. The images showed a contrast-enhanced mixed lesion (osteolytic and blastic) of the first metatarsal bone with surrounding soft-tissue edema. The differential diagnoses favored chronic osteomyelitis or neoplasia, most likely benign.
