Neurofibroma is the most common type of peripheral nerve neoplasm arising from a mixture of cell types, including schwann cells and perineurial fibroblasts. We report two unusual cases where patients presented with intraosseous swelling of the jaw. A complete examination followed by Imaging and histopathological examination were advised.
