Effect of cryotherapy, laser therapy and intraligamentary dexamethasone injection on post-treatment pain after single visit RCT-A double-blinded, randomized placebo-controlled trial.

Aim: This study designed to evaluate the effect of adjuvant therapies on the intensity of post-treatment pain after single-visit RCT in molars with symptomatic apical periodontitis.

Method: ology: This trial was reported according PRIRATE 2020 guidelines and registered with CTRI/2019/03/018,153.100 patients diagnosed with symptomatic apical periodontitis with a preoperative pain allocated to 4 groups,Group-1: placebo,Group-2:Intraligamentary injection of dexamethasone, Group-3:cryotherapy, Group-4: laser therapy.
