The present study was carried out to evaluate the prevalence of mycotoxins (Deoxynivalenol (DON), Zearalenone (ZEA), Aflatoxin B (AFB) and Fumonisin B (FB)) in local hen's table eggs (white and yolk) as well as their stability upon refrigeration.
