Examination of the COVID-19 fear levels of nurses and their compliance to isolation.

Background: It is very important for healthcare professionals to know the isolation precautions and apply the isolation rules correctly in COVID-19 process.

Aim: This study was conducted to determine the COVID-19 fear levels and isolation compliance levels of nurses.

Method: This descriptive, cross-sectional, and correlational study was conducted between December 2020-February 2021 with 217 nurses working in a public hospital in Istanbul/Turkey.

Effects of the care given to intensive care patients using an evidence model on the prevention of central line-associated bloodstream infections.

It is important to put evidence-based guidelines into practice in the prevention of central line-associated bloodstream infections in intensive care patients. In contrast to expensive and complex interventions, a care bundle that includes easy-to-implement and low-cost interventions improves clinical outcomes. The compliance of intensive care nurses with guidelines is of great importance in achieving these results.

The Effect of COVID-19 Pandemic on Death Anxiety of Nursing Students.

Background: It is required to determine death anxiety of nursing students so that they who will become healthcare professionals can cope with the fast-spreading and high-mortality diseases such as COVID-19 infection upon graduation, can communicate with infected and dying patients, and can provide patients with the necessary support and care. The purpose of this study is to determine the death anxiety experienced by nursing students due to COVID-19, the related factors.

The Value of E-Learning for the Prevention of Healthcare-Associated Infections.
