Objectives: This study aimed to identify patients with high-probability of ocular involvement of Behçet's disease (BD).

Methods: The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare provided dataset of ongoing nationwide BD registration project. A patient who had confirmed BD and who was suspected to have BD was registered.
