Purpose: To evaluate the surgical outcomes of intrascleral intraocular lens (IOL) fixation using ab interno trabeculotomy (LOT) in patients with exfoliation glaucoma with lens subluxation.
Study Design: Retrospective case series.
Methods: Twenty eyes of 18 patients with exfoliation glaucoma and lens or IOL subluxations were included.

Observations: A 55-year-old woman with a history of ovarian cancer had blurred vision in both eyes. Fundus examination revealed multiple patchy lesions in both eyes and a nevus-like elevated lesion in the right eye.
Precis: The foveal avascular zone (FAZ) in optical coherence tomography angiography is significantly correlated with retinal inner layer thickness, Humphrey field analyzer (HFA) 10-2 sensitivity threshold, and mean deviation (MD) value in open-angle glaucoma patients.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to measure the FAZ area using optical coherence tomography angiography and investigate its relationship with retinal inner layer thickness and visual field defects in eyes with open-angle glaucoma.

A 64-year-old Japanese female, diagnosed as dermatomyositis with acute interstitial pneumonia, complained of acute abdominal pain. Computed tomography of the abdomen showed hematoma in the right retroperitoneum and left rectus-sheath. Angiogram showed multiple small aneurysms on left iliolumbar artery and a horizontal linear flush, suggesting active bleeding foci in the muscles.
