Wheat ( L.) yield and physiology are adversely affected due to limited water availability. However, desiccation-tolerant plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (DT-PGPR) are potential candidates that can overcome the negative impacts of water stress.

Purpose Of Review: This review summarizes the broad roles that communication formats and technologies have played in enabling multi-robot systems. We approach this field from two perspectives: of robotic applications that communication capabilities in order to accomplish tasks, and of networking technologies that have enabled newer and more advanced multi-robot systems.

Recent Findings: Through this review, we identify a dearth of work that holistically tackles the problem of co-design and co-optimization of robots and the networks they employ.

Seed germination is a critical parameter for the successful development of sustainable agricultural practices. While seed germination is impaired by environmental constraints emerging from the climate change scenario, several types of simple procedures, known as priming, can be used to enhance it. Seed priming is defined as the process of regulating seed germination by managing a series of parameters during the initial stages of germination.

Traditional configurations for mounting Temperature-Humidity (TH) sensors on multirotor Unmanned Aerial Systems (UASs) often suffer from insufficient radiation shielding, exposure to mixed and turbulent air from propellers, and inconsistent aspiration while situated in the wake of the UAS. Descent profiles using traditional methods are unreliable (when compared to an ascent profile) due to the turbulent mixing of air by the UAS while descending into that flow field. Consequently, atmospheric boundary layer profiles that rely on such configurations are bias-prone and unreliable in certain flight patterns (such as descent).

Small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) are rapidly transforming atmospheric research. With the advancement of the development and application of these systems, improving knowledge of best practices for accurate measurement is critical for achieving scientific goals. We present results from an intercomparison of atmospheric measurement data from the Lower Atmospheric Process Studies at Elevation-a Remotely piloted Aircraft Team Experiment (LAPSE-RATE) field campaign.

A new kind of ferrogel with entrapped metallic iron nanoparticles causing unusual magnetodeformation is presented. Crosslinked polyacrylamide (PAAm) based ferrogels embedded with iron nanoparticles (MNPs) were synthesized by free radical polymerization in aqueous medium. Spherical iron MNPs with average diameter 66 nm were synthesized by the electrical explosion of wire and modified by interfacial adsorption of linear polyacrylamide (LPAAm).
