Numerical analysis of impact resistance mechanical properties of energy-absorbing columns under static and dynamic loads.

To enhance the impact resistance of hydraulic columns, a theoretical analysis method was employed to develop a dynamic characteristic analysis model for conventional columns under impact loads. This model facilitated the derivation of key parameters such as equivalent stiffness, maximum retraction amount, and impact duration. A fluid-solid coupling model for the conventional column was constructed using finite element and coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian (CEL) methods.

Molecular Characterization and Biological Function of a Novel LncRNA CRNG in Swine.

Our previous study has showed that a novel gene is differentially expressed in the liver of cyadox-fed piglets, but its sequence and function are unknown. Here, rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) and bioinformatics analysis showed that the novel gene is 953 bp without protein-coding ability and locates in chromosome 11. Hence, we identified the novel gene as long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) and named it cyadox-related novel gene (CRNG).

The intervention research on understanding of the AIDS prevention and occupational safety of the dentist in Kunming and west part of Yunnan.

Objective: To investigate the knowledge, attitude of the AIDS prevention and occupational safety in dentist in Kunming and west part of Yunnan and evaluate the effect of education and intervention.

Method: 165 dentists in Yunnan were tested by KABP questionnaire before education. All of the 165 dentists participated a course on AIDS prevention.
