[Role of the hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in management of the female infertility: about 200 cases].

From these three cases and from a review of literature, we analyse the different materno-foetal risks of the association TAKAYASU'S arteritis and pregnancy. The high arterial pressure and the pre-eclampsia constitute the aim maternal complication.

[The HELLP syndrome: report of 11 cases].

Being an independent entity or a type of eclampsia, the HELLP syndrome always represent a serious complication of the renovascular disease. This retrospective study realised during five years revealed 11 cases including 3 cases occurring in the post partum. For all this patients, this complication happened during the 3rd term of pregnancy.
