Background: African American Women (AAW) are at high risk for stress-related cardiometabolic (CM) conditions including obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. Prior interventions lack attention to culturally-nuanced stress phenomena (Superwoman Schema [SWS], contextualized stress, and network stress), which are positively and significantly associated with unhealthy eating and sedentary behavior.
Purpose: The HARMONY Study is designed to test a culturally tailored mindfulness-based stress management intervention to address SWS, contextualized stress, and network stress as potential barriers to adherence to healthy exercise and eating goals.
Long coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is poorly understood, widespread and debilitating. Integrative medical group visits (IMGVs) provide group medical care virtually or in person and are reimbursed by insurance payors. IMGV introduces integrative modalities such as mindfulness, nutrition, and acupressure in a person-centered, supportive, and educational environment.

Many DS include bioactive substances that can interact with medications; therefore, accurate tracking is critical for patient safety. Unfortunately, documentation of patients' DS use is often missing or incomplete in the electronic medical record (EMR), leaving patients susceptible to potential adverse events.

Integrative Medical Group Visit (IMGV) offers an innovative approach to chronic pain management through training in mindfulness, nutrition, and other mind-body techniques combined with peer support. To date, there are no studies on IMGV implementation, despite its promise as a feasible non-pharmacological intervention for chronic pain management.

Integrative Medical Group Visits (IMGV) are effective interventions for chronic conditions and could benefit Long COVID patients. More information is needed regarding existing patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) to evaluate efficacy of IMGV for Long COVID.

Objectives: This study aimed to identify dietary supplements associated with metabolite levels and to examine whether these metabolites predicted incident diabetes risk.
Methods: We studied 3972 participants from a prospective cohort study of 18-74-y-old Hispanic/Latino adults.
