Purpose: To explore the influences of smoking, alcohol consumption, drinking tea, diet, sleep, and exercise on the risk of stroke and relationships among the factors, present corresponding knowledge-based rules, and provide a scientific basis for assessment and intervention of risk factors of stroke.

The objective is to investigate the influence of PM exposure on peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in pregnant mice and the antagonism of quercetin on adverse effects induced by PM exposure. Pregnant mice were randomly divided into control group, PM model group and 3 quercetin intervention groups.
