CT Image Features Based on the Reconstruction Algorithm for Continuous Blood Purification Combined with Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis.

The aim of the study was to explore the CT images of the iterative reconstruction algorithm to evaluate the curative effect of continuous blood purification combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). A total of 100 patients with SAP treated by the bedside continuous venous hemofiltration purification method in a hospital were selected. The control group ( = 50) was given a routine treatment, and the observation group ( = 50) was treated with the continuous blood filtration mode for blood purification based on the routine treatment.

This study was to explore the CT image features based on intelligent algorithm to evaluate continuous blood purification in the treatment of severe sepsis caused by pulmonary infection and nursing. 50 patients in the hospital were selected as the research objects. Convolutional neural network algorithm was used to segment CT images of severe sepsis caused by pulmonary infection.

Background: Lung cancer is among the most frequently diagnosed types of cancer worldwide, with high morbidity and mortality. Metastasis accounts for the deadliest and most poorly understood feature of lung cancer. Herein, we demonstrate that SND1 (also known as p100) acts as a candidate metastasis activator and is targeted by microRNA-320a (miR-320a) in lung cancer cells.

[Synthesis and bioactivity of N- [4- ( benzimidazole-2-thio) phenyl] -N'-alkyl guanidine derivatives].

In order to get some novel compounds with potent iNOS inhibitory activity, 12 target compounds of N-[ 4-( benzimidazole-2-thio) phenyl ] -N'-alkyl guanidine derivatives ( I1- I12 ) were synthesized from 1-benzoyl-3-[ 4-( benzimidazole-2-thio) phenyl] thioureas (4) by hydrolysis with 2. 0 mol x L(-1) sodium hydroxide solution containing tetrahydrofuran to form the corresponding N-[ 4-(benzimidazole-2-thio) phenyl] thioureas (5) which was S-ethylated with ethyl iodide, followed by amination with primary amines or secondary amines. The intermediate 4 was synthesized from 2-mercaptobenzimidazole (1) by reaction with 1-chloro-4-nitrobenzene to form 2-( 4-nitrophenylthio) benzimidazole (2) which was reduced by iron powder and hydrochloric acid, followed by reaction with benzoyl isothiocyanate.

Detailed characterization of slow and dispersive propagation near a mini-stop-band of an InP photonic crystal waveguide.

An experimental study of light propagation near a small band gap for a lattice-of-holes InP photonic crystal waveguide is reported. Polarization-resolved measurements of power transmission, reflection and group delay clearly reveal the PC waveguide filtering properties. Group delay enhancement was observed close to the band-edges together with very large dispersion.
