The aim of the study was to explore the CT images of the iterative reconstruction algorithm to evaluate the curative effect of continuous blood purification combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). A total of 100 patients with SAP treated by the bedside continuous venous hemofiltration purification method in a hospital were selected. The control group ( = 50) was given a routine treatment, and the observation group ( = 50) was treated with the continuous blood filtration mode for blood purification based on the routine treatment.

The intermediate 4 was synthesized from 2-mercaptobenzimidazole (1) by reaction with 1-chloro-4-nitrobenzene to form 2-( 4-nitrophenylthio) benzimidazole (2) which was reduced by iron powder and hydrochloric acid, followed by reaction with benzoyl isothiocyanate.

Polarization-resolved measurements of power transmission, reflection and group delay clearly reveal the PC waveguide filtering properties. Group delay enhancement was observed close to the band-edges together with very large dispersion.
