Pseudoaneurysms after visceral transplantation represent a significant risk to patients. We report the successful treatment of three transplant (pancreas, liver and kidney) artery anastomotic pseudoaneurysms using physician-modified fenestrated endovascular stent grafts. In all cases, surgical repair was considered high risk and would have compromised the arterial supply to the graft.

Rat B-13 progenitor cells are readily converted into functional hepatocyte-like B-13/H cells capable of phase I cytochrome P450-dependent activation of pro-carcinogens and induction of DNA damage. The aim of the present study was to investigate whether the cells are also capable of Phase II sulphotransferase (SULT)-dependent activation of a pro-carcinogen to an ultimate carcinogen. The anti-inflammatory effects of the activated pregnane X receptor have previously been shown to be beneficial in a number of inflammatory liver conditions. Background: Reactive lymphoid hyperplasia (RLH) is a rare non-neoplastic extranodal pathology with exceedingly rare occurrence in the liver and pancreas.
