[Primary peritonitis in children with nephrotic syndrome].

The primitive peritonitis (PP) is one of the rare but severe complications of the nephrotic syndrome. Through a series of 25 children who suffer from a primitive peritonitis complicating or revealing a nephritic syndrome, we tried to analyse the epidemiological and bacteriological aspects of these peritonitis. The mean age of the children is 7 years old with neat male predominance (3 boys/1 girl).
