Unlabelled: Given its structural properties, it would be a mistake to assume that a single type of filler fits perfectly to each anatomical region of the nose in nonsurgical rhinoplasty procedures. Therefore, we aimed to develop a hybrid treatment model by applying two different structural types of fillers. To present the use of Limberg flap in the central midface reconstruction as an useful flap in elderly patients. A retrospective review of a total of 13 cases who underwent Limberg flap procedure to reconstruct various sizes of midfacial defects. Etiology, size, location, surgical procedures, outcomes, and complications, final evaluation according to the tumor-free survival and patient satisfaction in terms of aesthetic appearance were analyzed, the latter was evaluated by visual analog scoring system.
